Jim Bob is the founder, CEO, and owner of Jim's Fitness and Grill. He has been known around the city for his odd combination of a gym and grill. He started this business with the idea that two things are better than one. He received a double-major in Kinesiology and Culinary Arts.
Levi Stress is our main trainer here at the gym. He is very helpful and knowledgable when it comes to working out. He knows what exercises do for specific muscles, joints, etc. He is happy to help anyone prevent injuries the best that he can.
Linda is one of the best cooks that have ever stepped foot inside a restaurant's kitchen. She is well known not only by her own brand of cooking supplies, but for her smoked salmon and soy sauce infused steaks.
Jane Smith is one of our physical trainers here at Jim's Fitness and Grill. She works to help others get better, stronger, faster, and healthier. She knows her way when it comes to eating healthy and has designed her own cookbook with the help of Linda
